Terms and Conditions — JZ77 Platform Rules

To open a JZ77 account and use any paid service on the platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. JZ77 does not permit minors to register, deposit, wager, or collect winnings under any circumstances.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate accounts, automated accounts, and accounts operated by bots or scripts are not permitted.
• You must provide accurate and complete personal information during registration, including your real name, valid email address, and a working Pakistani mobile number.
• You must not already hold another active JZ77 account. One account per person is permitted. Duplicate accounts will be merged or closed and balances may be forfeited.
• You must not be on any self-exclusion list that applies to JZ77, and you must not have been previously banned from the platform for a violation of these Terms.

JZ77 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. Failure to provide adequate documentation when requested may result in account restriction or closure. Verification is required before processing any withdrawal above Rs 50,000.

Your JZ77 account is personal to you. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs on your account, whether or not you authorised it. JZ77 strongly recommends that you use a strong, unique password and that you do not share your login credentials with any other person.

• Account security: You must take reasonable steps to keep your username and password confidential. If you believe your account has been accessed by an unauthorised person, contact JZ77 support immediately via live chat.
• One account rule: Operating more than one JZ77 account is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are discovered, JZ77 may void all bets placed, forfeit any winnings or bonus funds, and close all related accounts.
• Accurate information: You must keep your registered contact details current and accurate. Outdated or false information may delay withdrawals, prevent verification, or result in account suspension.
• Account currency: JZ77 accounts are denominated exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All balances, stakes, winnings, and bonuses are shown and settled in PKR.
• Dormant accounts: Accounts with no login activity for more than 12 consecutive months are classified as dormant. JZ77 reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee to dormant accounts and to close them after due notice if the balance is zero.

All deposits and withdrawals on JZ77 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). JZ77 accepts deposits via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank IBFT transfer, and Visa/Mastercard. All listed methods are also available for withdrawals.

• Minimum deposit: Rs 200 per transaction.
• Minimum withdrawal: Rs 500 per transaction.
• Deposit processing: Easypaisa and JazzCash deposits are credited instantly in the vast majority of cases. Bank IBFT and card deposits may take up to two hours depending on your bank's processing schedule.
• Withdrawal processing: JZ77 aims to process all withdrawal requests within 10 minutes for Easypaisa and JazzCash. Bank IBFT withdrawals may take up to 24 hours. JZ77 does not charge fees on standard withdrawals.
• Withdrawal matching: Withdrawals will generally be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. If that is not possible, JZ77 will contact you to arrange an alternative.
• Verification before withdrawal: JZ77 may require identity verification before processing any withdrawal. This is a standard financial compliance measure and is not a reflection on individual players. Requested documents must be submitted before the withdrawal can proceed.
• Bonus wagering: Withdrawals of funds received as bonuses are subject to the wagering requirements described in Section 7 of these Terms. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before wagering requirements are met will result in the bonus amount being deducted.

The following rules apply to all sports and event bets placed through the JZ77 platform, including PSL betting, cricket betting, sports betting, and esports betting.

• Bet confirmation: A bet is only valid once it has been accepted and confirmed by the JZ77 system. Confirmation is shown on-screen and logged in your account's bet history. Pending or unconfirmed bets do not constitute valid wagers.
• Minimum stake: Rs 50 per selection on single bets. Accumulator minimum stakes may vary by market and will be shown in the bet slip before confirmation.
• Odds changes: Odds are subject to change up to the moment a bet is confirmed. JZ77 will show the odds at the time of confirmation in your bet receipt. If odds change after you have submitted your bet but before it is accepted, JZ77 will either accept the bet at the new odds or return the stake — you will be notified which has occurred.
• Live / in-play betting: Live odds on JZ77 reflect the current state of play and update with every significant match event. JZ77 reserves the right to suspend live markets temporarily when significant events occur — for example, a wicket falling or a penalty awarded. Bets submitted during a suspension will be queued and confirmed or void depending on whether odds are available when the queue processes.
• Abandoned matches: If a match is abandoned before the minimum number of overs or playing time required for a result, match winner bets will be voided and stakes returned. Markets that have already concluded (such as a completed first-innings total) will stand as settled.
• Obvious errors: JZ77 reserves the right to void bets placed at odds that were clearly entered in error — for example, prices significantly lower than the genuine market due to a technical fault. JZ77 will notify affected players and return stakes promptly.
• Maximum payout: Maximum single-bet payout on JZ77 is Rs 1,00,00,000 (one crore PKR) unless otherwise stated. Accumulator payouts are capped at Rs 2,00,00,000.

All slot and casino games offered on JZ77 are provided by licensed third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Play'n GO, Novomatic, and Evolution. The rules of each individual game are embedded within the game interface and govern play for that title.

• RTP accuracy: Published RTP figures on JZ77 are the independently certified theoretical return rates for each game. Actual returns in any individual session will differ — these figures reflect statistical outcomes over millions of spins, not short-term session guarantees.
• Minimum spin: Rs 50 per spin unless stated otherwise in the individual game rules.
• Progressive jackpots: Progressive jackpot prizes are paid in full from the pooled jackpot balance at the time of the winning spin. JZ77 does not cap progressive jackpot payouts. Tax obligations on jackpot wins are the sole responsibility of the winning player.
• Game malfunctions: In the event of a verified technical malfunction — including a disconnection during a game round — JZ77 will restore the game to the last known valid state and either complete the round or return the stake. "Malfunction voids all pays" applies only to faults in the game engine itself, not to player disconnections caused by network issues on the player's side.

JZ77 offers bonuses and promotional offers to new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated in the individual promotion as well as the following general conditions:

• Wagering requirements: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum of 10 times before they can be withdrawn. Wagering contributions from different game types may vary — slots typically contribute 100%, live casino games 20%, and sports bets at odds of 1.50 or higher contribute 100%.
• One bonus at a time: Players may only hold one active bonus at a time. Accepting a new bonus while an existing one is active will result in forfeiture of the previous bonus and its associated wagering progress.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the JZ77 platform. Engaging in any of these activities may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering, accessing, or using the platform if you are under 18 years of age.
• Opening or operating more than one JZ77 account, whether directly or through a third party.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any tool that interacts with the JZ77 platform on your behalf without prior written consent from JZ77.

• Money laundering or using the JZ77 platform to process funds of unlawful origin. JZ77 complies fully with applicable anti-money laundering regulations and will report suspicious activity to relevant authorities.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing JZ77 staff or other platform users through any channel.

All content on the JZ77 platform — including but not limited to the JZ77 brand name, logo, domain name (jz77.biz), website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, odds displays, software, and data feeds — is the intellectual property of JZ77 or its licensed partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the JZ77 platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any JZ77 content without prior written permission. Any unauthorised use of JZ77 intellectual property may result in legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, JZ77 and its affiliates, officers, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings due to technical interruptions, connectivity issues, or platform downtime beyond JZ77's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from your own decisions to place bets or wagers, including losses from reliance on any odds, statistics, or information displayed on JZ77.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate password security.
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers including Easypaisa, JazzCash, or banking institutions.

JZ77's total liability to any individual player for any single claim shall not exceed the balance held in that player's JZ77 account at the time the claim arises. JZ77 does not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, fraud, or any other matter where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

JZ77 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering a JZ77 account you consent to the collection, storage, and use of your data as described in that policy.

Personal data is used for account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, anti-money laundering compliance, customer support, and (where you have consented) marketing communications. JZ77 does not sell personal data to unrelated third parties. Data is shared only with service providers who require it to fulfil their contractual role in supporting the JZ77 platform.

JZ77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, if JZ77 reasonably believes that:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms.
• Your account has been used for fraudulent, abusive, or money-laundering activity.
• You have provided false information during registration or verification.
• You are attempting to manipulate markets or exploit technical vulnerabilities.
• Continuing to allow your access to the platform creates a legal, regulatory, or reputational risk for JZ77.

In the event of account closure for a breach of these Terms, JZ77 reserves the right to retain any funds in the account where those funds are connected to the prohibited activity. Where closure is for other reasons, genuine player balances will be returned to the player via their registered payment method after any pending transactions are resolved.

You may close your own JZ77 account at any time by contacting support through live chat. Closure requests will be processed within one business day. Any remaining verified balance will be returned to you.

JZ77 may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are material — meaning they significantly affect player rights, obligations, or the nature of the service — JZ77 will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least seven days before the change takes effect.

Minor amendments such as clarifications of existing rules, corrections of typographical errors, or updates to reflect changes in payment method availability may be made without advance notice. The effective date shown at the top of this page will always reflect the date of the most recent update. Continued use of the JZ77 platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
